Rental Service Categories

Category1 (General Public)

The general public's hourly rate is $200.00/hour with a $300.00 security deposit.  Refundable only if there is no apparent damage or required clean-up is evident.  Minimum of six (6) hours.  A free one-hour for set up is provided.

Category 2 (Masons)

Category 3 (Suisun Lodge Members)

Masons in good standing hourly rate are $150.00/hour with a $300.00 security deposit.  Refundable only if there is no apparent damage or required clean-up is evident.  Minimum of six (6) hours.  A free one-hour for set up is provided.

Members of Suisun Lodge #55 in good standing hourly rate are $125.00/hour with a $300.00 security deposit.  Refundable only if there is no apparent damage or required clean-up is evident.  Minimum of six (6) hours.  A free one-hour for set up is provided.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

Proof of event LIABILITY INSURANCE shall be provided to the facility manager no later than TWO WEEKS before the event.  This can be easily purchased online for a reasonable price.  If alcohol is to be SOLD, PROOF OF APPROVED ABC daily license shall be provided to the facility manager two weeks before the event.  If alcohol is to be SERVED

Proof of event LIABILITY INSURANCE shall be provided to the facility manager no later than TWO WEEKS before the event.  This can be easily purchased online for a reasonable price.  If alcohol is to be SOLD, PROOF OF APPROVED ABC daily license shall be provided to the facility manager two weeks before the event.  If alcohol is to be SERVED, it MUST BE INCLUDED on the liability insurance.  This is a mandated requirement by the State and cannot be waived.  



Event Rental Policy

1) All contracts MUST be signed no later than 30 days before the event.  All fees must be paid TWO WEEKS before the event.

2) There will be a 50% deposit cancellation fee if canceled within two weeks of the event.  

3) Proof of event LIABILITY INSURANCE shall be provided to the facility manager no later than TWO WEEKS before the event.  This can be easily purchased online for a reasonable price.  

4) If alcohol is to be SOLD, PROOF OF APPROVED ABC daily license shall be provided to the facility manager two weeks before the event.  If alcohol is to be SERVED, it MUST BE INCLUDED on the liability insurance.  This is a mandated requirement by the State and cannot be waived.  

5) These fees may be changed at any time or adjusted annually.
